| Our company policy is to honor all due dates noted on your P.O., so expect rush charges if a ship date and/or in hand date is specified. Rush service is calculated by the number of working days we have to process your order. Counting begins the day we receive your order and ends the day your order is shipped. The charges are as follows: 10-15 working days..................................60.00 16-20 working days..................................40.00 21-25 working days..................................20.00 Guaranteed date between 6-8 weeks.........15.00 All rush charges are calculated for baby shoes only. Additional charges may be incurred with larger items or multiple items. Call for more informaiton. Lead times during holiday months can run longer than 6-8 weeks. Please call in advance if you need an order returned by any major holiday - rush may not be available on all finishes. Our shipping and handling fee is $15.00. We can not ship these items to P.O. Boxes. All orders are inspected and leave our plant in perfect condition, any claims for damage must be filed immediately with the carrying agent.
